RFCIA have won several laurels in past years. In the year 2017, RFCIA have participated in “Llagollen 2017” organized by Llangollen International Musical Eisteddfod from 4th to 9th July, 2017 at Wales, United Kingdom & RFCIA won 1st Prize in “Dancing in the Street” & 3rd prize in “Choreography Folk Dance Jhoomar”, than in November 2017, RFCIA participated in “Bhangra Dance Off – 2017” organised by Universiti Teknologi Petronas, Malaysia and won 1st Runner Up trophy. In the year 2018, again RFCIA participated in “Llagollen 2018” organized by Llangollen International Musical Eisteddfod from 3rd to 8th July, 2018 at Wales, United Kingdom & won 1st Prize in “Dancing in the Street” & 2nd Prize in “Choreography Folk Dance Jhoomar” & “Traditional Folk Dance Bhangra”, than in October 2018,.

Every year RFCIA organized Punjabi Folk Dances Workshop from 1st to 30th June. This camp is open for all the age groups. Many individuals from the city join this camp and learnt the folk dances from the expert members. One month camp certificates are awarded to all the members..
